This Privacy Policy explains how SignalAureus ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SignalAureus mobile application (the "App"). SignalAureus provides gold (XAUUSD) trading signals and trading education. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account details	When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
Contact details	An optional phone number, if you choose to add it to your profile.
Trading account	If you connect a live trading account to unlock VIP, you provide your trading account number, password, and server. We use these only to securely verify the account and read it on a read-only basis (for example balance, equity, and status); the password is stored encrypted. We never place trades, deposit, or withdraw on your behalf.
Support messages	Messages, and any image or PDF you attach, that you send us through in-app support.
Device & push	A push-notification token and basic device information, used to deliver signal alerts.
Referral data	If you arrive through an invite link, we record the invite code and your IP address to credit the correct referrer.
Usage	In-app activity such as signals viewed and Academy lesson progress.

2. How we use your information

To deliver trading signals, education content, and your signal history.
To verify eligibility for VIP membership when you connect a live trading account.
To send push notifications you have enabled (new signals, level updates).
To operate our referral program and attribute invites correctly.
To provide customer support and to maintain, secure, and improve the App.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

With our partner broker — solely to verify that a connected trading account qualifies for VIP (account number and status). We do not share your Academy progress or app usage with the broker.
With service providers that operate the App on our behalf — for example Google (sign-in and push notifications) and our hosting provider — under obligations to protect your data.
Where required by law, to comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on secured infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

The App concerns financial markets and is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected under this policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the App.
